Shipping Information

Aspen Systems Direct uses FedEx as its primary small package and freight handling company.

We offer several different shipping options, covered by both air and ground shipping methods.

Standard Service Options We Provide

  • FedEx Standard Overnight:
    Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Packages up to 150lbs.
  • FedEx 2day
    Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). For certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is in 3 business days. Available to all 50 states.
  • FedEx Express Saver
    Delivery in 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Available to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx Ground
    Economical ground delivery to U.S. businesses. You get day-definite delivery in 1-5 business days (3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on the distance to your destination. Delivery is by the end of the business day. Available to every business address to all 50 states.
  • FedEx Home Delivery
    Residential day-definite delivery in 1-5 business days (3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on the distance to your destination. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Available to every U.S. residential address, for packages up to 70 lbs.

Maximum Shipping Weight

Maximum shipping weight for standard delivery is 150lbs. For single packages in excess of this weight special shipping arrangements will be made. An Aspen Systems Direct representative will contact you after your order is placed.

Tracking Information

Aspen Systems Direct will furnish tracking information for your shipment(s). Please contact us if special arrangements need to be made for large shipments or with any questions about shipping your order.

Damage to Shipments

Damage to shipments must be brought to the attention of the delivery driver and noted at time of delivery. Please notify an Aspen Systems Direct customer service representative within 2 days of delivery so a damage/loss claim may be filed and Aspen Systems Direct can work with you on getting your purchase repaired or replaced.

International Shipments

At this time Aspen Systems Direct only ships orders within the United States.
